Description
This ground floor studio is located on the side of the building on 14th Street. It has two private entrances. One is a sidewalk entrance on to 14th Street with a handcrafted wrought iron staircase landing and patio. The second entrance, made of a glass door, leads to the rear of the building via a semi-private passageway that is used to access the main deck and garden areas and laundry room.
This studio can sleep one or two people. It has an exposed wood beam, carpeted and Spanish tiled floors, track lighting, a large maple wardrobe closet, a ceiling fan and a large window that faces the Bee Hive Coffee House and City Boxing Gym, located across the street. The bathroom has a restored century old antique door.
