Description

This ground floor studio is located in the front of the building on the corner of C & 14th Streets with windows facing City College's Library and Performing Arts Theatre. It has three private entrances, two of which are sidewalk entrances. The 14th Street door has a handcrafted wrought iron staircase landing and patio. The C Street door has two natural wood double doors. The third entrance, made of a century old door, leads to the rear of the building via a semi-private passageway that is used to access the main deck and garden areas and laundry room.

This studio can house one or two people. It has carpeted and Spanish tile floors, track lighting, two closets and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a large custom-built shower.
