Description

This is a studio apartment that is approximately 300 square feet (28 square meters). The living room and sleeping area are one large room that opens into the kitchen. The bathroom is a separate room. The sleeping area has privacy curtains that can be moved to close off or open up the sleeping are from the living room. There are 2 twin size beds to accommodate one or two people. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, desk and chair, and television with DVD player.

This apartment is on the ground floor and is located on the side of the building on 14th Street. It has three private entrances. One is a sidewalk entrance on to 14th Street with a short wrought-iron step landing and patio. The second entrance is a double door that opens onto C Street. The third entrance,is in the rear of the apartment, in the kitchen, and leads to the backyard of the building where there is outdoor seating and access to the computer and laundry facilities.
