WELCOME TO NEWPORT PLACE
Since 1999, Newport Place has been providing affordable furnished apartments for international and American students attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges.
We offer month-to-month bedroom and studio rentals to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents.
Newport Place provides roommate-style living that creates an intimate sense of community for our internationally minded residents. Residents can choose from 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and private or shared studios.
Our fully furnished apartments include: utilities, telephone, cable TV, Internet, full kitchens, bed & bath linens, and weekly housekeeping. The property has free wireless Internet. Residents can access the wireless network either by one of the four computers in the computer room or by using their personal laptops or handheld devices.
