Newport Place is comprised of two charming Victorian-era apartment buildings. They have been updated to meet the specific needs of of our residents. If you are in need of economical, high quality housing in downtown San Diego, this is where you want to live. In the heart of the city, Newport Place is within safe and easy walking distance to experience all areas of the city center, including San Diego Bay.

Newport Place is not a home-stay, dormitory, hostel, residence hotel or hotel suite. Our contemporary apartments and studios are designed to be comfortably shared with other people like you.

Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.

• Computer Workstation with 3 desktop computers with the latest software (Microsoft XP Pro, Microsoft Office and Skype) and linked to one printer.
• Cable TV with over 75 channels
• Unlimited local phone calls
• Cleaning every other week to maintain the common areas: kitchen, bathroom & living room
