Description

This first floor, four-bedroom apartment overlooks the courtyard in the rear of the building, off 14th Street and is only accessed by residents via the backyard. The front door is located on the main deck area. This makes outdoor dining in sunny San Diego weather easy to enjoy. Bedroom A has several windows that overlook the garden and deck. Bedroom B has a private glass door entrance which opens from a semi-private passage way. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and restored hardwood floors as does the kitchen and living room.
