This second floor, four-bedroom apartment overlooks the courtyard in the rear of the building, off 14th Street and is only accessed by residents via the backyard. It has a semi-private deck with views of the downtown skyline. The front door is located on this deck area.

Bedroom A is nestled in the top branches of a rare avocado tree. It has several windows with sweeping views of the Ballpark, Financial District, San Diego Bay, the Pacific Ocean and Mexico's Coronado Islands. Bedroom C shares many of these same views. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and restored hardwood floors. The unit has two skylights in the hallway. The abundance of natural sunlight compliments the restored wood floors in the hallway and the Spanish tile floor in the kitchen.
