Description

This second floor, four-bedroom apartment is located in the front of the building on C Street. Access to the unit is gained via a wrought iron gate and up a single flight of stairs. This semi-private gated entry is shared with Apartment 6.

Each bedroom has views of downtown's skyline, while rooms A & B have additional views of City College. All rooms have ceiling fans. Also, there are three skylights: two in the hallway and one in the bathroom. There are restored hardwood floors throughout the unit.
